Services offered

Free introductory consultation (20 minutes)

In-office / Online — Free

The first step toward an effective nutritional path is getting to know each other. That’s why I offer a free, no-obligation introductory consultation, where we talk about your goals, lifestyle, eating habits, and any relevant health conditions.

First dietary consultation with BIA (60 minutes)

In-office: €80 — Online (without BIA): €70

The first visit is dedicated to getting to know you and building a nutritional plan tailored to your needs.

To get a thorough picture of your current habits, before the appointment I’ll ask you to fill in a short food diary covering a few days. Alternatively, we can do a brief assessment together during the visit. I’ll also ask you to bring any recent blood tests and specialist reports.

During the appointment:

  • we’ll discuss your motivations and the goals you want to achieve;
  • I’ll collect your physiological, medical, and dietary history;
  • I’ll carry out a BIA to assess body composition (muscle mass, fat mass, hydration) and basal metabolic rate;
  • together we’ll define the plan best suited to your needs;
  • I’ll answer all your questions.

You’ll receive the visit summary and your meal plan 2-3 days after the appointment.

I understand that changing habits takes time and consistency. That’s why I remain available between visits to answer your questions and support you along the way.

Follow-up consultation with BIA

In-office: €50 — Online (without BIA): €40

Follow-up visits are used to monitor progress and adjust the plan based on real results. They include a reassessment of body composition with BIA, an analysis of changes since the previous visit, and any necessary adjustments to the nutritional plan.

Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) (20 minutes)

In-office: €40

Measurement of body composition (fat mass, lean mass, hydration), also available as a standalone service, independent of a full visit.

Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA)

In all my nutritional programs I use bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) as a routine assessment tool, both at the first visit and at follow-ups. BIA allows me to directly measure body composition and calculate basal metabolic rate instrumentally, without relying on standard predictive formulas, which can have significant margins of error from person to person.

This means the nutritional plan is not based on body weight, but on the amount of muscle mass, fat mass, and hydration status.

BIA analysis is especially important during follow-ups, as it allows us to track changes over time and adjust the strategy accordingly.
