3 Super Easy Ideas for Energy Balls

3 Super Easy Ideas for Energy Balls

I love experimenting with these energy balls and invite you to try these three variations and then get creative with new ideas! For me, they are the perfect dessert, but also a great idea for a quick breakfast or snack!

Three of these energy balls contain a high amount of fiber, magnesium, vitamin E, and other micronutrients.

If you want to get a more intense chocolate flavour, add dark cocoa. Moreover, this version will be particularly rich in iron, as cocoa contains about 7 times more iron than beef.

  • dried apricots 100 g
  • dried prunes 100 g
  • dark chocolate (70-85% cocoa) 20 g
  • dried cranberries 100 g
